The role of the PT administrative assistant will be to help operations of the clinic run smoothly.
Candidate will work with PT and OT staff to provide care for patients.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilitating a welcoming environment for all patients Checking in/out patients Patient scheduling Reception duties Verifying insurances Collecting Co pays Billing Anticipate needs of treating therapists/clinic and take initiative to address as needed Maintain a clean environment within the clinic General awareness of surroundings and maintaining patient safety Education:
High School Diploma Requirements Excellent listening and communication skills Basic computer skills Prior experience preferred Job Types:
