00 per hourThe car wash attendants are responsible for providing excellent customer service to all car wash customers, following all company policies and procedures.
Attendants also perform routine cleaning and maintenance on the equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and fellow employees.
The duties of the position include:
Maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service treating each customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
Instructing all car wash customers on safety procedures, liability issues and general wash instructions Addressing all customer complaints in a positive manner and documenting complaints for follow-up by the station manager Assisting in keeping the car wash and all surrounding areas clean, organized, and well maintained Reporting all equipment problems or replacement needs to maintenance personnel Stock Cooler and Store Merchandise RequirementsCar wash attendants must be able to perform the following requirements:
Must be able to stand continuously for 6 to 10 hours Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
on an occasional basis and 25 lbs.
on a frequent basis Must be able to speak, read, and write English at a high school level Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be able to tolerate exposure to automobile fumes and industrial cleaning products Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions of the position.
