Experience:
o 21 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience is preferred.
o 6 months of travel experience is required.
o 6 months of experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
o This role will require floating to multiple unitso Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
o Flu vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Additional Information:
IMCU RNs wanted to float to different units and all three facilities.
Step Down experience requiredFloat to Med/Surg possible too.
Block scheduling.
Would work every other weekend.
Former perm employees must be separated from any CHS facility for at least 6 months.

Supervisors or charge nurses are acceptable.
Maximum days off:
