Responsibilites:
Lead, coach and train your team to provide exceptional patient experiences.
Supervise office staff and office operations Solve day-to-day operational problems and provide support around office as needed Maintain a productive schedule that supports providers as they deliver high quality patient care Answering phone, Schedule appointments,Verify insurance Coordinate daily team huddles and Monthly team meetings Collection System-Monitor AR -Meet collection goals Present treatment and arrange financing Insurance processing Office Correspondence Coordinating business meetings of staff/doctors Insurance verification and patient education Pulling aging reports and past-due collections Requirements:
Previous dental office experience required.
Open Dental knowledge preferred.
Leadership skills Patient-focused Goal-focused Energetic Ability to collaborate and problem solve and be solution focused.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort with presenting to various audiences.
Strong social skills, with the ability to connect from entry-level team member and supported dentists alike.
