Our office focuses on personalized high quality dental care with a friendly touch.
Applicants must be RELIABLE, motivated, good with communication skills and great at customer service.
Every patient of ours is important and deserves the very best attention.
This position is for F/T (30-40 hrs/ week).
Candidate must be flexible with hours as patient care does not end when hours end.
Normal office hours M-F 8am-5pm but half days on Wed and Fri.
NO WEEKENDS> Responsibilities include:
-Greeting patients -Take and document patient dental history and updates, as well as overall health and medication history -Answer phone calls and schedule appointments -Clerical and administrative duties -Verifying insurance and benefits -Collect payments and accurately record into the system.
