Performs extensive repairs of beds, surgical lighting, carts, blanket/wipe warmers and sterilizers.
Creates signs for the Hospital utilizing signage system.
Assists in remodeling and construction projects, i.

hangs wallpaper, paints.
Performs electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
Works closely with contractors.
May make decisions that impact hospital appearance.
May arrange vehicle repairs and schedule routine vehicle maintenance.
EDUCATION/
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in hospital maintenance required Location:
Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana Maintenance MUN Schedule:
