Responsibilities:

Store Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities.

Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
3.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
4.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
5.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to tobacco sales.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and lawful operation.

Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement loss prevention measures.
- Place orders with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to optimize inventory costs.

Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage the store's budget, expenses, and financial performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the tobacco industry.
