POSITION PURPOSE AND
Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Cardiac Rehabilitation provides quality rehabilitative nursing care to cardiovascular patients (and pulmonary patients) in the inpatient and outpatient phases of rehab. Uses the nursing process in providing that care, including effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills. Demonstrates sound judgment based upon knowledge and application of professional, departmental, and organizational principles and standards. Educates patients in specified areas of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and other related areas (i.e., cardiovascular anatomy, exercise, risk factor modifications) and maintains the patient's records as well
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current professional licensure by the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau.
BSN preferred
Previous CV experience of at least 1 year (CCU, ICU, ED, CVU, IMCU)
Previous cardiac rehabilitation experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability in arrhythmia identification and intervention, 12 lead EKG interpretation.
Obtains BLS and ACLS certification within 3-6 months of hire and maintains current certification thereafter
Demonstrated ability to control personal risk factors.
Successful completion of the Cardiac Rehabilitation orientation programs.
Computer skills helpful

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
