Under the direction of the Site Director and Regional Director, and in collaboration with the AP General Specialist (as appropriate), the Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the daily technical and operational supervision of their designated section(s). The Laboratory Supervisor functions as a member of the laboratory management team in support of management decisions and the implementation and operation of the System Laboratory.
EDUCATION/
Experience: Clinical Departments: BS/BA and graduation from approved MT School ;Anatomic Pathology: BS/BA Certification/Required - Clinical Departments: MT/MLS(ASCP) or equivalent certification. Specialty preferred. Anatomic Pathology : HT/HTL or equivalent certification -Certification/Option :Anatomic Pathology: CT(ASCP) certification preferred . Experience - Knowledgeable in section Operation. >=5 years supervisory experience in section required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
