Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Flexible scheduling, benefits available at 30 hours a week and competitive pay are standard at Maxim Healthcare. We currently have openings for Licensed Practical Nurses that have 1 year of experience and have found their passion working in working in Long Term Care and Hospice.
Part Time and Full time hours in Illinois and Indiana
Current LPN license

Responsibilities include:
o Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
o Performs focused interview to identify specific patients needs.
o Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
o Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications include:
o Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License.
o Full command, verbal and written, of the English language.
o Current Health Certificate (per facility).
o Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
o One year prior professional nursing experience Preferred.
o Current BLS card.
o Successful completion of the screening tests
